Who can use Sub Accounts?

Can Sub Account admins see the HQ account?

No! Those who you invite as admins to run a Sub Account, will only be able to see their Sub Account’s balances, transactions, collection history, etc., with no connection to the HQ account. They cannot see the HQ Account’s balances or transactions.

 

Can Sub Account admins access other Sub Accounts? 

No! Those who you invite as admins to run a Sub Account, will only be able to see their Sub Account’s balances, transactions, collection history, etc., with no connection to any other Sub Account under an HQ account. They cannot log in or see the transactions of any other Sub Accounts, unless they have been invited to those accounts as well.

 

Can an HQ admin also be a Sub Account Admin?

Yes! If the HQ admin wants to know whats going on inside of a particular Sub Account, or simply be the only one managing an account, they can easily add themselves as an admin by following these steps

  1. Log into Crowded web portal.
  2. Go to the “My Accounts Tab”.
  3. Select that Sub Account.
  4. Click “Add Admin”.
  5. Input the their own name and email.
  6. They will receive the invitation email, and should complete the registration.
  7.  From there, they will be able to log into that Sub Account as an admin and can see all. transactions, collections and account activity.

How to delete admins on Sub Accounts?

Once a Sub Account has an admin, there always must be at least one admin listed on the account to run it. For an HQ admin looking to remove a Sub Account admin where there is only one admin, the HQ admin can add themselves as an admin to that account, or another replacement.
