What is the Pro Free Trial?
All new and existing Crowded customers will receive a 30-day free trial of the "Pro" subscription (excluding federal tax filing services). Customers can open Sub Accounts, upload contacts via CSV and create collections with Recurring Payments and more.
The annual federal IRS 990 Form filing is not included in the Pro free trial.
After the trial, you will get the chance to continue with "Pro" or downgrade to the free "Essentials" plan.

Features included in the Pro plan include but are not limited to:
- 1 Free 990-N or EZ filing annually
- 2 Sub Accounts
- 5 admin seats
- 10 Per Diem Accounts
- Recurring Payments
- Recurring Donations
- Contact Upload
- Bulk account funding and redeeming funds
How do I cancel my org's Pro plan?
Please reach out to our support team to cancel your Pro subscription. Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 business days before the next charge to avoid the next charge.
What happens to recurring payments I've already set up if I downgrade my Pro subscription?
Existing recurring payments will continue until there is a payment failure, the recurring payment is completed, or the payer requests cancellation. However, you won't be able to set up new recurring payments after downgrading.
If I want to cancel my annual Pro subscription, can I get a partial refund?
Crowded does not offer refunds for mid-cycle cancellations of either monthly or annual subscriptions. If you cancel an annual subscription, the service will continue until the end of your paid period, after which it will not renew.
