How can I cancel a monthly payment?
Contact Customer Support at least three business days before the 1st of the following month.
I received notice that my monthly payment failed, what happens now?
Look to the email notification with the error message. If possible, rectify the error as soon as possible, we will attempt to charge the card once a day for three days. If the issue is resolved, the payments will continue as planned. If the card fails all three times, the payments will be canceled. For specific guidance on amending certain issues, please contact us.
Which payment methods are accepted for monthly payments?
Payments by debit or credit cards, and Apple or Google Pay are accepted for monthly payments. Payments may not be made by ACH for monthly payments.
