How do I upload a receipt to a transaction?
- Log in to Crowded on your mobile device
- Select the desired transaction from your Transactions History
- Click the icon of a receipt, and then Add Receipt
- Either take a picture by clicking Capture Image or upload an existing image with Upload Image or file with Upload File.

When uploading a receipt please ensure:
- The receipt is clear and readable
- Includes transaction date and amount
- Vendor name and all corners should be visible
- If the upload looks good click “Save” and the receipt will be saved to the transaction for any admin to see.
What file types are accepted?
A PNG, JPG or PDF file can be uploaded as a receipt.
Who can add, view and edit receipts?
Any admin, read-only user and the contact who made the purchase can add, view or edit uploaded receipts for a transaction.
