- Log in to Crowded on your mobile device
- Select the desired transaction from your Transactions History
- Click on the Note tab and type in a descriptive note about the transaction.
- Click save, and the note will be visible to any admin on the account.
Who can add, view and edit notes?
Any admin, read-only user and the contact who made the purchase can see or edit notes on transactions.
