Where can I withdraw cash?
You can withdraw cash using your physical debit card at any eligible US ATM in the Allpoint, Visa, Plus, Interlink, or Accel networks. To find an ATM near you, visit our ATM finder.
What are the limits for cash withdrawals?
There is a daily withdrawal limit of $1,000.
What are the limits on single or daily purchases?
There is a daily limit of $5,000 on card purchases (the limit resets at 7:00 p.m EST daily).
Can cards be used outside of the United States?
Yes, you can make purchases with your cards while traveling outside of the United States anywhere Visa® is accepted.
Note that there is a 1% fee on international transactions.
What do I do if my admin card gets denied?
If your card gets denied please make sure that:
- Your card/the organization acccount has sufficient balance for the transaction.
- The merchant accepts Visa® cards.
If your purchase was not rejected for one of the reasons stated above, please reach out to our support team for additional support.
What if I forgot my card PIN?
Please reach out to our support team to reset your card PIN.
How do I dispute a transaction on a card?
If you notice a transaction that you do not recognize, first verify whether the charge could be associated with a merchant you have interacted with previously.
Please note that unauthorized transactions do not include situations such as forgotten purchases or subscription renewals. If the transaction is related to a subscription, service, or merchant you previously authorized, you will need to contact the merchant directly for assistance with the charge or cancellation.

How do I cancel a card?
Web:
- Navigate to the "Cards" section from the main dashboard.
- Choose between "Admin Card", "Expense Card" or "Per Diem" at the top of the screen.
- If you are canceling an admin card, click on the card you would like to cancel, and on the screen that appears to the right click on "Cancel Card."
- If you are canceling an Expense or Per Diem card, search or select the member whose card you would like to cancel by clicking on the rectangle that appears next to their name, and then on the pop-up that appears at the bottom of the screen, click on "Cancel Card"

Card cancellation is only available on the web platform.
Are there any prohibited merchants?
Crowded prohibits its card from being used for any illegal activity, internet gambling and retains the right to refuse transactions.
You must not use your account for any illegal purposes or, regardless of whether it is legal or illegal, for online gambling of any sort, including any betting transaction, purchase of lottery tickets, casino chips, or off-track betting and wagering.
We may deny any transaction or refuse to accept any deposit that we believe is related to illegal activity, online gambling, or for any other reason at our discretion. However, in the event that a charge or transaction described in this section is approved and processed, you will still be liable for the charges.
Who can see transactions made on Expense cards?
Account Owners, Admins, and Read-Only users can review all transactions made on all organizational cards, including admin cards, while members can only view transactions made on their personal cards.
