How do I activate a physical card?
When your physical debit card arrives in the mail, activate it using any of the following methods:
Web Portal
Option 1:
- Select "Cards" from the left-side menu of the main dashboard.
- Find your new inactive card and click "Activate Card".
Option 2:
Go into the contact page of the person who the physical card is assigned to, and click "Activate Card".
Once you've clicked to activate, provide your card's CVV and expiration date before clicking "Continue".
You will then be prompted to create a PIN for your card.
Once you complete this step, your card would be active š„³.
Can I order multiple physical debit cards for my organization?
Yes, you can bulk order physical cards. When selecting which contact to issue the card to, simply select as many contacts and cards that you would like to order. They will all be shipped to a singular address. If you are planning on ordering more than 100 cards, get in touch with us for bulk pricing at success@bankingcrowded.com :)
What do I do if the details on my debit card are incorrect?
If you receive your physical debit card with incorrect details, please notify our support team.
How long does it take for a debit card to arrive in the mail?
Cards arrive in the window of standard shipping (5-10 business days). If you do not receive your debit card within this time frame, please let us know support team.
How do I report my physical card lost, stolen or damaged?
Web:
On the main dashboard, go to the "Cards" section and select the card that you want to report as lost or stolen. Then, click on the "Report Card Lost or Stolen" button on the screen that appears.
How do I change the PIN for my physical debit card?
Web:
- Go to the main dashboard, select "Cards," then click on "Admin Cards."
- Select the card you want to change the pin for and click on "Change PIN" on the window that appears to the right.
Mobile:
- From the main dashboard, tap on the three dots that appear under the image of your card.
- Swipe left or right to select the card you want to change the pin for, and then tap on "Change PIN".
Note: For your security reasons, after three unsuccessful attempts to change your PIN within a 24-hour window, you'll see an error message: "Maximum number of attempts reached." Following this, the PIN change feature will be temporarily disabled for the next 24 hours.
How do I freeze/unfreeze a physical debit card?
Only account admins can freeze or unfreeze the organizationās physical debit card.
Web:
- Navigate to the main dashboard, select the "Cards" section, and then click on "Expense Cards" at the top of the screen.
- Select the card you would like to freeze by clicking on it and then click on "Freeze" on the screen that appears to the right.
Mobile:
- Navigate to the main dashboard, swipe left or right to locate your physical card, select "Card".
- Then tap on "Freeze Card."
