How do I upload a receipt?
- Log in to Crowded either on your mobile device or computer
- Select the desired transaction from the Transactions tab or feed
- Click the icon of a receipt
- Upload the desired receipt(s) and save
How do I know what transactions have a receipt attached to them?
When looking at transactions, the ones with a green dot on the receipt icon have a receipt uploaded. If you click on the icon, you can see the uploaded receipt. The receipt may have been added by another admin or the owner of the card (if it is an Expense card).
How do I see receipts that have been uploaded?
To see uploaded receipts, look for transactions on the Transactions tab or on the feed on the homepage with a green dot. Click on the receipt icon, and a pop-up will appear with the uploaded receipts.
What kinds of transactions can I upload a receipt to?
Receipts can be uploaded to any transaction – purchase, ACH, book or wire transfers.
What file types are accepted?
A PNG, JPG or PDF file can be uploaded as a receipt.
Who can upload receipts?
The contact who made the transaction – either the Expense card holder or Per Diem card holder can upload receipts for their transaction, or any admin can also upload receipts for any transaction.
