How do I add a note to a transaction?
- Log in to Crowded on the web platform or mobile device
- Select the desired transaction from the Transactions tab or feed
- On the web, click the three dots next to the transaction and click “Add Note”
- Type in a descriptive note about the transaction.
- Click save, and the note will be visible to any admin on the account or the contact who made the purchase.
Who can add, view and edit notes?
Any admin, read-only user and the contact who made the purchase can see or edit notes on transactions. The note will show who made the last edit, and when.
How do I see notes that have been added?
- Log in to Crowded on the web platform or mobile device
- Select the desired transaction from the Transactions tab or feed
- On the web, click the three dots next to the transaction.
- If there is a note already added, the button will say “View Note.” Click the button and you can see the note, who wrote it, and when it was added. and edit the added note
What kinds of transactions can I add a note to?
Notes can be added to any transaction – purchases, check deposits, and ACH, book, or wire transfers.
