I've been asked to resubmit my ID, what do I do now?
If you are being asked to resubmit your ID, it means that your ID image may have been rejected for the following reasons:
- The image was unable to be read
- The image was blurry
- There was a glare/light blocking the image
- All four corners of the ID were not included in the photo
- The background was not plain
- There was a name mismatch
- There was an address mismatch
- Your ID has expired
- The date of birth on your ID didn’t match the date of birth on your application
- The document type you submitted is not accepted.
Resubmit the image or submit a new one and ensure all personal information is legible.
