How will I know if my application is approved?
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email notification and your account balance will appear as $0.00 on your dashboard.
Why is my application pending?
If your application is pending, some information that was submitted was not able to be verified. You may be required to submit some additional documents to complete the application process. There may be an issue with non-matching information (address, name, ID, etc). If this is the case, you will receive a notification on your admin dashboard outlining the documents you will need to submit to finish verifying your application.
If you are not able to find the documents needed to finish verifying your application, reach out to the support team.
Can details submitted on an application be changed later?
Details submitted on an application can only be changed manually by getting in contact with the support team.
Does Crowded save the documents I submit?
Crowded only uses documents submitted for verification purposes. Your information will not be stored for further use.
Why was the document I uploaded rejected?
The following table gives the reasons a document may be denied. If one of your documents was denied for one of these reasons, reupload and correct the issue.

The SSN on the Social Security Card provided does not match the SSN on the application. Please confirm the SSN has been entered into the application properly or resubmit a copy of your Social Security Card ensuring the number is legible. |

Date of Birth Issue | The DOB on the ID does not match the DOB on the application |
The Date of Birth on the uploaded ID does not match the Date of Birth on the application. Please verify the information on the application is correct or resubmit a document verifying your Date of Birth. |

Expired ID | The ID provided is expired |
The ID you provided is expired. Please provide a current ID for verification such as Driver’s License, Passport or State ID. |

EIN Mismatch | The EIN on the document provided does not match the EIN on the application |
The EIN on the document you provided does not match the EIN on the application. Please make sure the information provided on the application is correct and submit documentation verifying the EIN. |
