What documents can be used for address verification?
The following documents can be used for address verification:
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
- Lease Agreement
- Pay Stub
- Insurance Bill/Statement
- Driver’s License (unexpired)
Utility Bills, Bank Statements, or Pay Stubs must be current within the last six months. Lease agreement must be from the current year.
