How do I activate a physical card?
Mobile App log in to the main dashboard and select the three dots located below the image of your card.
Then, tap on "Card Details" and swipe left or right to navigate to your physical card.
Tap "Activate Card" to continue.
And then choose a PIN.
Once you complete this step, your card will be active 🥳
Call activation number - When you receive your physical card in the mail, you will also receive a sheet of paper containing a phone number for card activation. Simply call the number and follow the instructions provided. Make sure to refresh or log out of the platform and back in to see the updated activation status of your card.
What do I do if the details on my debit card are incorrect?
If you receive your physical debit card with incorrect details, notify our Support team.
How do I report my physical card lost or stolen?
Mobile:
- On the main dashboard of the app, access the menu for your organization's card by tapping the three dots under its image.
- Select "Card Details", then navigate to the desired physical or digital card by swiping left or right at the top of the screen.
- Once selected, tap "Report Card Lost, Stolen, or Damaged" to proceed.
How do I change the PIN for my physical debit card?
Mobile:
- From the main dashboard, tap on the three dots that appear under the image of your card.
- Swipe left or right to select the card you want to change the pin for, and then tap on "Change Pin" .
Note: For security reasons, after three unsuccessful attempts to change your PIN within a 24-hour window, you'll see an error message: "Maximum number of attempts reached." Following this, the PIN change feature will be temporarily disabled for the next 24 hours.
How do I freeze/unfreeze my physical debit card?
Only account admins can freeze or unfreeze a contact's Spending physical debit card.
Here's how:
- On the main dashboard of the app, access the menu for your organization's card by tapping the three dots under its image.
- Select "Card Details", then navigate to the desired physical or digital card by swiping left or right at the top of the screen.
- Select "Freeze Card" or if the card is already frozen, "Unfreeze Card"
