What is Collect Hub?
It’s a unified, public webpage where your organization can promote your selected open fundraising collections. It's a free online page where your initiatives and causes can be discovered by new and returning donors alike.
How do I turn Collect Hub on or off?
From the Collections dashboard, there is a button called “Collect Hub”.
Click “Collect Hub” and you will see the option to enable or disable your organization’s page from being live.
How do I add Fundraisers to my Collect Hub?
There are two ways to add your fundraiser collections to the public-facing Collect Hub page.
One way is to add the fundraiser during the collection process.
- Click ‘Create a Collection’
- Select ‘Fundraiser’
- Once you name the fundraiser, you will see the option to “Add to Collect Hub”.
- Toggle the switch next to “Add to Collect Hub” to make that fundraiser appear on your public fundraising page.
If you decide later that you’d like to add a fundraiser to your organization’s Collect Hub, follow these steps.
- Go to the Collections dashboard
- Find the fundraiser you’d like to add to the Collect hub
- Under the Actions column, click the plus sign.
And voila! That fundraiser will now appear on your Collect Hub!
How do I remove Fundraisers from my Collect Hub?
If you decide to remove a fundraiser from your organization’s Collect Hub, follow these steps.
- Go to the Collections dashboard
- Find the fundraiser you’d like to remove from the Collect hub
- Under the Actions column, find the globe icon.
- When you hover over the globe, it will transition into a minus sign. Click that and the fundraiser will be removed from the public facing page immediately!
Who can see my Collect Hub?
If it is set live, anyone can see it. It will be discoverable online - searchable on Google and any other search engine.
What collections can be placed on the Collect Hub?
Only fundraiser collections are able to be added to the Collect Hub currently. Other collections may be added to the Collect Hub on request.
