What does each payment's status mean?
- Paid: The full requested amount has been received.
- Not Paid: No payment has been received yet.
- Failed: A payment was attempted but did not process successfully.
- Multi-payments: The payer has paid the full Collection amount multiple times
- Ongoing: The payer is paying smaller increments towards the requested amount for fixed amount recurring payments, or is paying the same amount multiple times for recurring donations
- Processing: The system has received the payment, and please allow 1-2 days for the payment to be received

Refunded: The payment was refunded to the payer
What does the top bar on the Collections inner page mean?
Take a look at the top bar to get an easy overview of the status of the Collection or Fundraiser. Here are the elements, with a quick explanation:
- Total Paid: the total amount received from all payers so far
- For the relevant Fundraisers - goal reached: the percentage of the fundraising goal achieved
- Created: the date the collection was created.
- For Fixed amount Collections -Requested: the per-payer amount set when the collection was created.
- Total Players: how many contacts have paid this collection.
