What does the 'Active' toggle do?
The Active toggle on each collection row controls whether the collection is currently open to receive payments. Use the Active toggle to close a collection at the end of a campaign period without deleting it.
When toggled off:
- Contacts can no longer submit payments for that collection
- The collection still appears in your list and its data is fully preserved
- Existing paid records are not affected
What do the columns in the Collections dashboard mean?
Here's a reference for each of the columns in the main Collections dashboard
- Name: The collection's title as it was created.
- Created: The date the collection was created.
- Requested: The amount requested per payer (for fixed-amount collections).
- Total Paid: The total amount received across all payers in this collection.
- Payers: The total number of members added to this collection.
- Goal: The fundraising target, if one was set.
- Active: Whether the collection is currently open for payments.
How do I sort the Collections dashboard?
Click any column header to sort by that column. Click once for ascending order, click again for descending. The Name column has a sort arrow visible by default. Sorting is not saved between sessions, it resets when you navigate away.
How do I share a collection with contacts from the Dashboard?
From inside the collection, click the Share button in the toolbar. You can:
- Copy a direct link to the collection
- Download a QR code for in-person sharing
- Embed the collection on a website
- Invite specific contacts via email and track their payments
How do I filter the Collections dashboard?
Click on the “Filter” button on the Collections dashboard, and select which filters would give you the best results between Collection types, amount paid, date, status and more.
